1. Executive Cybersecurity Week
executivecyberweek.com (the “Website”) is the official website of Executive Cybersecurity Week (“ECW”), a professional and event initiative dedicated to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital trust, leadership, training and business connections across Africa.
ECW Dakar 2026 takes place from 14 to 20 December 2026 in Dakar, Senegal.
ECW refers to the initiative, its programmes, events, content, Partner Hub and ecosystem. ECW is not a company separate from the entities supporting it and its partners.
2. Publisher and commercial operator in Senegal
The Website and the ECW initiative are operated in Senegal by COBADISEC, a company governed by Senegalese law, established in Dakar, Senegal, registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register and identified with the competent Senegalese authorities.
COBADISEC is responsible, in particular, for the initiative’s local commercial operations, operational organisation in Senegal, contractual relationships entered into in its own name, the corresponding invoicing and delivery of the ECW services it sells.
For each paid service, the contracting entity is the entity expressly identified in the quotation, contract, partnership agreement, purchase order or invoice accepted by the customer.
3. Partners supporting the initiative
ECW is developed with BluePinkSecurity INC, a US corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States. BluePinkSecurity INC contributes, in particular, to international strategy, marketing, communications, certain technology and security operations, and data governance support.
AAIOP, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company governed by French law with share capital of 2,500 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 978 170 280, SIREN 978 170 280, contributes to business development, business referrals and B2B introductions in France and internationally. Its involvement does not make it the contracting party for COBADISEC’s customers unless a separate contract expressly provides otherwise.
Other service providers, business introducers, technical, commercial or institutional partners may contribute to the delivery of ECW services within the scope of their assignments.
4. Publication management
The Website’s publication is managed by the management of COBADISEC.

6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website, its editorial structure, texts, names, brands, event names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, interfaces, content databases, documents, programmes, editorial concepts and distinctive elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and belong to ECW, COBADISEC, BluePinkSecurity INC or their respective rights holders.
Any unauthorised reproduction, public display, adaptation, translation, extraction, substantial reuse, commercialisation or exploitation is prohibited.
Use of the name Executive Cybersecurity Week, the acronym ECW, logos, visuals, badges, partnership levels or signs that could suggest an official affiliation, sponsorship, accreditation or endorsement is prohibited without written permission.
7. Published information
ECW endeavours to publish accurate and up-to-date information. Programmes, speakers, schedules, formats, capacities, access arrangements, venues and operational details may change under the applicable Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and specific terms.
Binding contractual commitments are those set out in the order summary, quotation, signed agreement, invoice and accepted contractual terms.
8. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party services or content. Such services remain governed by their own terms and policies. ECW is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services that are not operated under its control.
9. Governing law
Contractual relationships entered into with COBADISEC are governed by Senegalese law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
Dispute resolution arrangements are specified in the applicable Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Participation Terms, Training Terms or Partnership Agreements.
