ECW protects its brand, participants, sponsors and partners against fake websites, fake invoices, fake partnerships, fake invitations and unauthorised use of its brand.
1. Official domain
The official domain is:
executivecyberweek.com
Any other address presenting itself as the main ECW website must be verified before you provide data or make a payment.
2. Payments
Pay for an ECW partnership, training course or service only on the basis of:
- an official invoice;
- a confirmed contract / quotation;
- a payment link provided through the official journey;
- bank details shown on a verifiable ECW document.
An urgent change of bank details received only by email must always be verified through the official Contact channel before making a bank transfer.
3. Sponsorship
A salesperson or partner may present an ECW offer, but:
- the contracting entity is stated in the Agreement / invoice;
- Sponsor entitlements are activated only after the prescribed contractual process;
- a Founding Access Code never authorises its holder to collect funds in a personal account.
4. Tickets, invitations and badges
Physical access, VIP access or Private Executive Experiences must not be purchased from an unauthorised reseller.
Private / Elite access cannot be purchased through an unofficial channel.
5. Brands and fake partnerships
Using the ECW name, logo or identity to do any of the following is prohibited:
- suggest a non-existent partnership;
- sell fake access;
- solicit money;
- imitate an official document;
- create a fake event;
- present a certification or endorsement that has not been granted.
6. Report fraud
Use /contact, under Fraud / counterfeiting, and attach:
- the relevant link / profile;
- a screenshot;
- the email or invoice received;
- suspicious payment details;
- the date and context.
Do not publicly disclose victims’ bank details or personal data.
